“Planning a wedding during a pandemic was challenging to say the least, however, the team at Le Chien Bleu made it very manageable. Jenny was on top of it in terms of prompt communication and both she and Britton understood our vision of having a non-traditional meal. Together they helped us achieve our goal of multiple stations and passed heavy appetizers which gave us the opportunity to spend more time with our guests. Simply put, the food was AMAZING! The team provided us with a menu to select from, they hosted a tasting and even added a few items outside of their options to include specialty items we were hoping for. Our guests truly enjoyed the food and appreciated the unique dinner option and still rave about the salmon. “Good quality food has played an important role in both our families. That is why when planning our wedding reception, it was decided early on that finding an unforgettable caterer was top priority. Jenny, Britton, and their teams delivered-and then some. We were estatic that the food was local and we’d be getting a farm to table menu. They were very conscious as to what was in season and used that to offer ideas to create the menu and unique style we were looking for. Flavors and colors are so much brighter when you have a caterer that prioritizes freshness as they did! On top of that, communications was easy and they were attentive to every last detail. They had menus printed for each buffet table and brought flowers for the top of our cake. Jenny and Britton worked with us through crazy rescheduling, weathered a severe storm in a corn crib with a leaky roof, and still served a meal that people continue to rave about to this day. We had people taking thirds of the succotash and potatoes! I seriously cannot recommend and thank them enough. They made our day so memorable to us and others.”

“Le Chien Bleu catered a party of about 50 people for me. Jenny was fabulous with suggestions for the menu, but also worked with some of my ideas. We had appetizers, buffet dinner and dessert. The food was unbelievable! Guests commented all night long about how good it was. “I chose The Bleu Dog Cafe for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I was very impressed with Jenny’s quick response with my menu and dessert choices. Jenny guided me on what is popular and she helped me select the perfect quantity.

The food was amazing! The charcuterie board was beautiful and delicious. The apple cider maple meatballs were delightful. The food was displayed artfully and it was inviting. I was very excited to take the leftovers home - but the food was gone! Our guests were raving about the food and quickly got back into line for seconds, hence I did not hardly have any leftovers.
