Our Story

We have been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over a combined 30 years.  We have worked and lived from coast to coast and have found our home here in Red Wing, Minnesota.  We love to create food with not only local character but use inspiration from other worldly cuisines that go along with your vision.  No idea or theme is off limits.  Le Chien Bleu works hard to stay with local, regional products and companies.  We strive to be as sustainable as possible in everything that we do.
